The Fog Slog
So, you think this is a lousy picture. Not
so! It rather quite captures the essense of the Fog Slog. Here you
can see that you CAN'T see Barbara's feet. That's because we were
slogging through mud for a significant portion of the trip. Also,
you'll note how the flash (yes it had gotten dark), reflected off the
fog making it hard to see. That's the way it seemed to us as the fog
(and then rain) reflected our headlight beams back towards us. Lots
of fun!
